Shipping
All products are shipped within 2 to 4 business days unless specified differently from either our warehouse or direct from our supplier. Unless otherwise stated estimated arrival time is 5-10 business days after processing.
Tracking numbers for shipment confirmation and delivery information will be provided upon shipment and you will be notified via eBay messages. We do not offer shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
We offer prompt shipping within the continental US.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarders.
Combined Shipping
We do combine shipping costs on multiple item purchases. Shipping is based on the higher flat rate and we charge $4.99 per additional item. Purchases must be paid for on the same invoice to qualify for the discounted shipping rate.
Returns
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience! Please contact us before shipping products back to our warehouse. We will provide you with an RMA# and a return shipping label.
1. Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. A return can be requested if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. Restocking Fee May Apply.
2. All returned products must be returned in a re-saleable condition, as originally received, and include original packaging, manuals, documentation, and all accessories. It is always recommended to keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage during shipment.
3. Damaged items or missing parts must be reported within 14 business days of receipt for replacement or refund of purchase. All exchange/replacements are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
4. Oversized Furniture and Outdoor Play items may be returned by freight shipping within 14 days. In most circumstances, you will be charged for return shipping. To return an item by freight, please contact us for assistance. We will also be able to inform you of the return shipping costs.
5. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the item. The refund will be a refund of sales price only (not the original shipping/handling costs). Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Upon receipt, we will issue the appropriate adjustment. Note: It takes a few days for your return package to reach us. Your refunds are processed as expeditiously as possible, however, depending on which banks are involved, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the funds to be transferred back into your account. This is often beyond our control.
7. If the item is returned because of price, or the buyer simply does not want the item, or the item is received in a used state (i.e Not New) the cost of the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and, at the sole discretion of the seller, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
8. If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days your return initiation. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement item
9. Cancellations/Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item received, you will need to go through the returns process identified in our returns section and then order the correct item, if it is still available. Orders are processed immediately as soon as they are received. For this reason, we are typically unable to honor cancellation requests. If you need to cancel the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel the order. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel. In that event, you would need to wait until you receive the item and go through the returns process as mentioned in the returns section of our policies.
